Green Smoothie

Serves 3-4

Preparation Time: 5 min

Ingredients :

1 large or 2 small Avocados

Handful baby Spinach, Kale or both

2 Mint sprigs with stem

3 Mandarins or Oranges (peeled)

2 cups of Coconut water (No sugar)

2 Kiwi (peeled)

¼-½ Papaya (peeled and de-seeded)

½ -1 Lemon juice (according to taste)


Mix all the ingredients in a blender and enjoy the shake.

Blend the leafy greens with small amount of coconut water first. Then add the other ingredients and blend again.

Note : Try to use organic ingredients with no added sugar or preservatives

You can also replace papaya with 1 apple (de-seeded)

You can also add 1 teaspoon of Spirulina

Adjust coconut water content to the desired consistency.
